    Immense Ripple
    Make a cool ripple effect for backgrounds and banners.


    (Note: Make sure you do not have your settings for the on a transparent background make sure its white.)
    Make a default PS size or 7x5 "inches"
    Make a new layer then fill it with white with the Paint Bucket Tool.


    Then set your foreground color to black and background color to white like the below example



    Then go to Filter > Stylize > Tiles
    (Use these Settings)
    Number of Tiles: 10
    Maximum Offset: 10
    Fill empty area with: foreground color(that's why we set our foreground color to black
    if we had set it to white then nothing will show)

    Select the Magic Wand Tool and select the white part of the tiles,


    then press Delete on your keyboard and clear all the white.


    Now right click layer 1 the layer you put the tiles on and go to blending options,
    Enable outer glow with these settings
    Opacity: 75
    Spread: 0
    Size: 5
    Color: 2A5EBC

     

    Now go to Filter > Blur > Radial Blur
    (Use these Settings)
    Amount: 30
    Blur Method: Zoom
    Quality: Best

     

    Do this two times overall to get the best look
    There your done!

    Additional Effects:

    Filter > Distort > Polar Coordinates
    (Use these Settings)
    Options: Rectangular to Polar
